Wife + Mom + Debt Free Millionaire
Though she be but little, she is fierce... this is a saying that has stuck with me my entire life. I am a little spicy Latina from Texas who came from a family who demonstrated HARD WORK. That's why it's no surprise I entered the workforce in 2006 clearly thinking I was going to work until I was 65 years old.
But my life was changed when I met my partner & learned about F.I.R.E. Now we live in Portugal as a family of 4.... living life on our terms.
When she left Tech... we were SHOCKED!
I started off my career in the Jewelry industry and clearly saw that no matter how hard I worked... it was going to take forever for me to advance. So I took my skills where I could be challenged and grow. TECH.
From Sales, to Sales Ops and ultimately to the Global Supply Chain for one of the worlds top 3 tech companies... I worked hard to increase my income from $30k/year to over $500k/year in a very male dominated field... even landing a prestigious expat role in Singapore.
But the income & climbing the corporate ladder didn't FEEL the same when I became a mom. MY HEART was changed... I wanted to do work closer to my values and that is where YOU come in! I love helping women THRIVE!
Getting intentional
I started passively investing in my 401k with $50 a pay check in 2007... thanks to the lady in HR during my first onboarding day.
But during December 2020, I learned more about F.I.R.E. and from that moment, you couldn't get me out of my forecasts and financial plans... I was determined to figure out how to turn my hard work and income into something meaningful... something that would unlock freedom for me and my family.
From that point my partner and I paid off $420k in debt, went from our first $100k in networth in 2018 to over $1M in 2021 and I became financially independent enough to leave my tech career to focus on my heart work!
I now combine my decade + of experience in planning and forecasting BILLION dollar plans to help women get clear & intentional with their MILLION dollar plans! You will be the CFO of your life!
The Heart Work
In 2021, while on maternity leave, I was determined to explore what I could do if I left corporate. So I started sharing parts of our FI journey on Instagram. Since then, I have coached over 50 women 1:1 and curated an investing & financial independence program specifically for women.
